With an esteemed clinical residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health and adjunct faculty positions at Bastyr University and the University of Bridgeport, Kara's extensive background in traditional medicine systems positions her as an authority in the field. She champions the use of functional medicine testing to unravel the root causes of health issues. Through her one-of-a-kind approach, she teaches her patients how to integrate transformative daily practices into their routines.
Away from her practice, Kara is a nature enthusiast and an eternal optimist. Whether she's feeling the adrenaline rush on the snowy slopes, immersing herself in the botanical wonders of gardens across the globe, or spending time with her family, she lives life to the fullest. Her personal mantra, "Go get yourself a good day," serves as a reminder to seize the beauty in each day, a sentiment she spreads around like confetti.
